Just not worth it to return (we are Landy's members as well). To be fair, manager did call after review (they were quick to send me a survey via email). There are so many better choices at Disney Springs! Don't fall for the dinosaurs, and move on to somewhere better. Finally a server came over and refilled our drinks, but we were ready to go by then. Flagged down another server, and they came back saying they couldn't find who had our table either. Got food, but no one came over to check on us to see how it was or to refill drinks. No new server came over to introduce themself. After being rushed to do that, never saw her again the entire meal. Sever came over in a hurry wanting us to order our drink and meal right away as it was shift change and she was leaving. Don't think she uttered a single word to us besides move to the next hostess inside. Started off with hostess literally leaning on the podium as if she was dying of heat stroke.
